All 4 core tracks for this album were generated live by free improvisation with no retakes and no prior arrangement or disscusion.Dave overdubbed
the whole lot without stopping.
There is a very nice relaxed quality to all the tracks paying homage to the latter day MILES DAVIS electric bands, yet not trying to emulate them.
The tracks are infused with the glorious purring tones of Dave Goods bass. His touch is immaculate in many places and blends well with the piano.
